In 2024, a small online content creator had the idea of creating a business that could merge Mental Health and Fitness while also helping others understand the importance of the two. The yellow and black iconic logo was included in every video, slowly building a brand later turning into the business KaiTek today. With a passion for Mental Health and Fitness the idea came to life by first starting small and selling unique serialized hats and shirts to spread awareness and also donating some of the proceeds to the National Institute of Mental Health.
